It's one of the few professions that is solely focused on improving a persons quality of life. Whenever we ask our carers why they do the job, it'll come as no surprise that the answer is often "because I love helping people and giving them the support they need to enjoy their lives".
We love hearing the amazing stories from both carer's and people in our care as it gives us all a heart-warming reminder of what simple acts of kindness can do.
