World Alzheimer’s Month
September 1st -30th
Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) started this campaign to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The campaign aims to share information about the disease, support those affected and advocate for increased research and better care.
It is a month-long event to emphasize the importance of understanding dementia, recognising early signs and supporting those affected by it.
This is to provide a focal point to learn about Alzheimer's and dementia. To be able to advocate for those affected and support ongoing research.
